多酸催化材料用于萃取催化氧化脱硫

油品的深度脱硫脱氮是当前减少环境污染的一项紧迫任务.从2010 年至今,song et al.先后发展了一系列基于稀土多酸的催化体系应用于深度萃取氧化脱硫和脱氮.[1] 比如LaW10/[bmim]BF4 应用于萃取催化氧化脱硫中形成的水/油两相体系;[2] 为改善两相体系中的传质问题,发展了以表面活性剂包裹稀土多酸(DDA)9LaW10 为催化剂的三相微乳体系;[3] 为解决催化剂的分离和回收问题,进一步发展了稀土多酸固载化的催化剂SiO2/NH3+/LaW10[4] 和LaW10/IL-SiO2[5],这些催化体系保证活性组分与含硫底物良好的可接近性,同时实现了离子液体的可回收利用;进一步发展了可以同时实现高效脱硫和脱氮的稀土多酸基催化剂.[6]
