目的通过对衢州市城区蚊、蝇种群和密度监测,分析衢州市蚊、蝇防治效果。方法采用诱蚊灯法监测蚊密度,笼诱法监测蝇密度。结果衢州市城区蚊类有3属4种,淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕蚊总数的96.82%,年平均成蚊密度为5.28只(/灯.h),6-8月为高峰期。城区蝇类有4科6属,绿蝇属和家蝇属为优势种群,分别占68.22%和23.82%,年平均蝇密度39.74只/笼,蝇密度高峰在6-8月。结论 2005-2010年衢州市城区采用综合防治措施,有效地控制了蚊、蝇孳生地,密度指数明显下降,达到预期效果。
Objective To monitor the population and density of mosquitoes, flies and mosquitoes in Quzhou City, and to analyze the effects of mosquitoes and flies in Quzhou City. Methods Mosquito lamp method was used to monitor mosquito density, and cage induction method to monitor flies density. Results There were 3 genera and 4 species of mosquitoes in Quzhou city. Culex pipiens pallens dominant species, accounting for 96.82% of the total number of mosquitoes, the annual average adult mosquito density was 5.28 (/ lamp .h), peaked in June-August. There are 4 genera and 6 genera in urban area, and Lufenus and Musca domestica are the dominant species, accounting for 68.22% and 23.82% respectively. The average annual flies density is 39.74 / cage, and the peak flies density is between June and August. Conclusion From 2005 to 2010, comprehensive prevention and control measures were adopted in Quzhou City, effectively controlling mosquitoes and flies breeding places, and the density index decreased significantly to achieve the expected results.
