人二氢乳清酸脱氢酶(HsDHODH)是催化嘧啶从头合成的第四步关键酶,抑制二氢乳清酸脱氢酶,可阻断嘧啶的从头合成途径,进而有效地抑制淋巴细胞的增殖,因此二氢乳清酸脱氢酶可作为治疗自身免疫缺陷疾病的潜在靶标[1,2]。本课题组希望通过结合动力学[3,4]及热力学[5]相关性质研究,指导人二氢乳清酸脱氢酶这一靶标的抑制剂优化设计。
