基于轨迹的从头算非绝热分子动力学模拟已经用于研究涉及圆锥交叉的光异构和光反应过程,最近它被拓展至研究系间窜越过程.我们发展了基于轨迹无需考虑非绝热耦合的从头算非绝热分子动力学模拟的方法,而且已经应用到多个态的偶氮苯光异构反应.

近期，我们采用DFT方法对TiO2(110)表面上H原子形成H2O的机理进行了研究。结果显示在TiO2(110)表面上H原子形成H2O有两个路径，路径1为两个相邻的桥氧H原子直接形成H2O并脱附；路径2为两个相邻的桥氧H原子，其中一个H原子首先转移到面氧上，再与另一个桥氧H原子反应生成H2O并脱附。
