目的：采用远红外线照射碘伏纱布法干预中心静脉置管(CVC)的感染，可延长导管使用时间，增进患者的舒适度。方法：把我院2013年1月～2014年2月间收治的深静脉留置导管血液透析患者分为干预前组和干预后组，每组40例，两组均采用中心静脉置管进行常规护理。干预后组在常规护理方法基础上，采用远红外线照射碘伏纱布30分钟，然后比较两组患者导管感染率。

目的：探讨一种预防患者非计划性拔管的医用约束手套在肾内科患者中的临床应用效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将我院肾内科携带管道且需要约束的患者76例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各38例，对照组采用传统约束带的方法进行约束，即先用棉垫包裹手腕，再用棉布垫表面的约束带自粘扣调节手腕粗细，之后用约束带两侧的专用长条带子系于床缘上。
