　　Mixing pattern and hydraulic retention time(HRT)show significant effects on photo-fermentation hydrogen production process,various novel bioreactor types with diverse mixing patterns were employed under batch and continuous conditions and a range of HRTs were investigated to determine the optimum conditions.
