Classifying poor peasant households is usually based on the per capital income of family which are lower than the poverty line.But under the same poverty line,poor peasant households show different constitute of type,and there are great differences in the situation of the owned land resources,business management and operation and the act of investing.These differences have made the poverty alleviation measures in low efficiency.So,better learning the differences of the poor peasant households and the reasons are effective approaches to establish feasible poverty alleviation policies and promote the efficiency of poverty alleviation.The article on the basis of all the information and data collected,analyzes the differences of poor peasant households in the constitution type,investment in production and management,owning land resources and the reasons.The related policy suggestions are proposed based on the analyses.
