　　With the surge of the research of diluted magnetic semiconducors(DMSs)having risen for tens of years since the development of(Ga,Mn)As film using LT-MBE,a novel kind of DMSs,(Ba,K)(Zn,Mn)2As2 as the 122-type spin-charge decoupled ferromagnet,to avail the more in-depth exploration of the mechanism regarding DMSs has been reported.
