TbFeO3 nanoparticles were synthesized using Tb4O7 and Fe (NO3)3 ·9H2O as the main raw material by a one-step microwave process.The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR)and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS).
