　　In this paper,we synthesized P(NIPAMco-DMAM)-b-PLA polymers via free radical polymerization,assembled fluorouracil into the core of the amphiphilic polymer micelle by synchronous hydration and dialysis in the next moment,obtained thermalsensitive fluorouracil drug delivery svstems.
