MiR344b-1-3p targets TLR2 and negatively regulates TLR2 signaling pathway

  This study aims to identify the miRNA involving in the regulation of TLR2 expression and signaling of COPD AMs in vivo and in vitro.By smoke inhalations,COPD rats were successfully prepared.Among 11 up-regulated miRNAs in AMs from COPD rats,miR-344b-1-3p was predicted to be a novel miRNA targeting TLR2 and confirmed high-level expression in AMs from COPD rats,as well as was validated to target TLR2 3UTR.
