With the wide application of nuclear energy, thorium resources as a kind of potential nuclear fuel has been widely development and utilization, but the resulting radioactive pollution nots allow to ignore, especially of the waste water containing thorium coming from smelting plants, this radioactive thorium may cycle into the biosphere with water, cause serious harm to the organisms safety and the ecological environment, so the purification of thorium pollutants in water environment is of great importance.
