  Traditional solid-phase extraction (SPE) requires large sample amounts,large volumes of toxic solvents and is time-consuming.These drawbacks can be avoided by using solid-phase microextraction (SPME).SPME is a simple,rapid and inexpensive method.In recent years,the method has been widely adopted in many fields,including the analysis of the environment,food,water and drugs.However,there were only a few studies that used solid-phase microextraction method for analysis of flavonoids in the natural materials.
