Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the third most common malignant tumor from cancer worldwide and has a poor survival rate. The poor prognosis can be attributed to several of HCC's many characteristics, such as fast infiltrating growth, early stage metastasis, high-grade malignancy and poorly therapeutic efficacy.Herein we present a case of liver carcinoma metastatic to the thoracic duct with an unknown primary site and discuss diagnostic and treatment options.
