Nowadays, with the interdisciplinary research crossing and penetration, and the development of the research towards the direction of integration and synthesization, the demand for high quality compound talents is increasing.Based on the thorough analysis of compound talents characteristics, the paper has discussed the practical significance and main ways for cultivating compound talents.The research has provided a new idea for cultivating compound talents in university to more forward.
