　　Silicene nanostructures have both rich electronic and magnetic properties, and thus have potential applications for silicon-based electronic and spintronic nano-devices.In this talk, I will show our results of the effects of thermal and electric fields on the electronic properties of silicene nanostructures based on first-principles calculations and statistical analysis of canonical ensembles.
