通过室内饲养观察,借助颜色识别软件测量了相同饲料条件下,甜菜夜蛾各龄幼虫不同体长和不同体位电子照片的R(红)、G(绿)、B(蓝)和L(明度)4个体色指标值,并定量分析了甜菜夜蛾幼虫不同体长和不同体位体色变化的特点。结果表明,在同种食料和同种环境条件下甜菜夜蛾幼虫体色变化的总趋势在不同体长间的变化没有显著差异,而在不同体位间的变化则有显著差异。且不同体位间体色变化的主要成分是红色和绿色,而蓝色成分在体位间则无显著差异,但虽然如此,蓝色成分变化却是引起甜菜夜蛾幼虫个体间体色变化的主要成分。
Through the indoor feeding observation, the R (red), G (green), B (blue) and L (lightness) of the electronic photos of different length and position of beet armyworm under the same feed conditions were measured by color recognition software. 4 body color index values, and quantitative analysis of beet armyworm larvae different body length and body color changes in different characteristics. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body color change between beet armyworm larvae under the same foodstuffs and the same environmental conditions, but there was a significant difference in body position between different body positions. The main components of body color change between different positions were red and green, while the blue components were not significantly different among the positions. However, the change of blue component was the main component that caused the body color change among beet armyworm larvae .
