本文依据BH催渗的基本原理,采用渗碳温度不变、缩短渗碳时间的催渗工艺方法进行试验,并与普通渗碳工艺进行对比,分析了催渗工艺和普通工艺渗碳齿轮轴的硬度、渗层深度、金相组织和硬度梯度情况。实验结果表明使用BH催渗剂的渗碳齿轮轴齿部组织较原工艺齿轮轴细化,渗碳层深度增加,渗碳层硬度梯度下降更为平缓。
In this paper, based on the basic principle of BH permeation, the carburizing temperature is constant and the carburizing time is shortened. The comparison of the carburizing process and ordinary carburizing process shows that the carburizing gear shaft Hardness, depth of penetration, microstructure and hardness gradient. The experimental results show that the microstructure of carburized gear shaft with BH carburizing agent is thinner than that of the original gear, the depth of carburized layer is increased and the hardness gradient of carburized layer is more gentle.
