目的:通过回顾性地分析500例钼靶影像资料来达到提高在乳腺检查中的影响质量。方法:回顾性地分析近3个月来的500例乳腺CR影响资料及临床病理报告。整个影像资料所有病例都投照轴位(CC位)、侧斜位(MLO位),机器设备是西门子3000,AGFA乳腺专用IP板。图像后处理器为AGFA ADC Compact。结果:500例影像资料中,无明显病变89例,乳腺良性病变389例,乳腺癌113例。结论:在乳腺的投照工作中,要完成一张满意的乳腺照片,首先要做到对患者的病情有一个初步的了解,然后再依据明确的患者乳房的形态、大小、实质情况,并做好患者的工作交待,加上我们针对不同乳房的特点选择合适的投照条件,是我们投照好乳腺X线片质量保证的关键。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze 500 cases of mammography data to improve the quality of the impact in the breast examination. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 500 cases of breast CR impact data and clinicopathological reports in recent 3 months. Axis position (CC position) and lateral oblique position (MLO position) are projected in all cases of the whole image data. The equipment of the machine is Siemens 3000 and AGFA breast-specific IP board. Image postprocessor AGFA ADC Compact. Results: Among the 500 cases, there were 89 cases with no obvious lesion, 389 cases with benign breast disease and 113 cases with breast cancer. Conclusion: In breast irradiation work, to complete a satisfactory mammogram, we must first make a preliminary understanding of the patient’s condition, and then based on a clear pattern of the patient’s breast shape, size, substance, and do Good patient’s work to explain, coupled with our breasts for different characteristics of the selection of the appropriate conditions for the vote, we make good breast X-ray quality assurance of the key.
