本文通过试验研究高氧化钙石粉(Ca O含量≥50%)替代粉煤灰和矿粉对C20~C50混凝土胶凝材料体系流动性的影响规律。结果表明,石粉可以提高混凝土胶凝材料体系的流动性,且石粉替代粉煤灰对浆体流动性的改善作用更明显。生产中,可采用控制石粉总量的方式来达到改善混凝土性能,控制混凝土浆体流动性的目的,石粉占混凝土胶凝材料总量的最大百分比应控制在23%左右。
In this paper, the influence of fly ash and slag on the fluidity of C20-C50 concrete cementitious materials was studied through the experimental study of high calcium oxide stone powder (CaO content≥50%). The results show that stone powder can improve the fluidity of the cementitious material system, and the effect of stone powder instead of fly ash on slurry fluidity is more obvious. In production, the total amount of stone powder can be controlled to achieve the purpose of improving concrete performance and controlling the fluidity of concrete slurry. The maximum percentage of stone powder in total amount of concrete cementitious material should be controlled at about 23%.
