　　Large area synthesis of uniform monolayer graphene (MLG) by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on copper foils has received a lot of attention recently.The nanoparticles are usually observed on the graphene synthesized on the untreated copper by SEM, which greatly reduce the mobility of graphene.Before CVD growth, the hydrochloric acid treatment with copper foils can effectively remove the nanoparticles.
