　　The siRNA-loaded AS1411 mediated lipid-polymer hybrid nanoparticles(AS1411-LHNPs)were prepared by nano-precipitation and robust self-assembly method.It efficiently delivered survivin-siRNA into the lung by pulmonary inhalation after spray freeze drying combined with cisplatin(DDP)in lung cancer therapy.
