  Glioma, the most aggressive and common intracranialtumor, is considered as the major cause of death from central nervous systems (CNS).Although various methods have been explored to conquer it, including chemotherapy, surgical resection.However, it is still intractable to be treated due to its complex microenvironment and biological barrier of brain.In this study, a gold nanoparticle-based delivery system was developed.
