:
随着电子信息等高科技产业的迅猛发展,废弃电子电器已成为增速最快的危险废物.据联合国绿色和平组织估计,全世界每年产生的电子垃圾高达2000-5000万吨,且以每年约4 %的速率增加.电子垃圾中含有大量的可继续使用的电子电器元器件及金属和非金属,因此具有极高的回收利用价值.
