经圆窗给予NMDA受体阻滞剂干预噪声所致耳蜗损害

目的 噪声性听力损失是仅次于老年性聋的第二大致聋原因.声创伤不仅可以造成外毛细胞损伤,也可以导致内毛细胞突触损伤以及听觉传入神经纤维退行性改变.而这种内毛细胞损害和传入神经退变被认为与耳蜗性耳鸣发病机制有关.此前不少研究显示,水杨酸和噪声诱导的耳鸣与NMDA受体异常激活以及随之发生的听神经兴奋性异常有关.因此,抑制NMDA受体一直被认为是治疗耳鸣的一种可能手段.本研究旨在经动物圆窗给予NMDA受体拮抗剂AM101测试其在噪声性听力损失及耳鸣中的保护作用.
