目的:客观量化鹌鹑尿酸、粪尿及舌象等指标,探讨高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型的中医证候分型,为鹌鹑证候模型评价研究提供参考。方法:采用肥甘厚味(高嘌呤饮食)诱导鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型,动态观察鹌鹑血清尿酸水平,排泄物粪尿情况。并在高尿酸血症状态下采集鹌鹑舌头图像,运用图像分析技术量化鹌鹑舌象。探讨高尿酸血症鹌鹑中医证候类型。结果:实验第17、30d模型组鹌鹑6h粪尿湿重有升高趋势,粪尿较溏稀气味较大;正常组鹌鹑舌色以红色调为主,模型组鹌鹑舌色变淡呈淡白舌;实验第22d舌象红色度r及红色面积占舌体面积比显著下降;第32d红色度r及红色面积占舌体面积比显著下降;绿色度g显著升高。实验室检查显示第14、21d血清尿酸水平显著升高,第35d尿酸水平有升高趋势;体质量未见明显差异。结论:采用肥甘厚味(高嘌呤饮食)诱导法,可成功诱导鹌鹑高尿酸血症。定量“问诊”、闻诊及望诊提示模型动物部分病理改变与饮食不节导致的“脾虚痰湿”证候有一定的相似之处。
Objective: To objectively quantify the indexes of uric acid, excrement and tongue of quail, discuss the TCM syndrome type of the hyperuricemia quail model, and provide reference for the quail syndrome model evaluation. Methods: The hypertriglyceridemia model induced by high fat purine diet was used to observe the level of serum uric acid in quail and the excrement excretion. And in the state of hyperuricemia to collect quail tongue image, the use of image analysis techniques to quantify quail tongue. To investigate the type of traditional Chinese medicine of hyperuricemia quail. Results: On the 17th and 30th day, the wet weight of feces of quail in 6th hour of the experimental group tended to increase, and the excrement and urine smell of excrement were higher. In the normal group, the color of the quail was mainly red, and the tongue color of the model group was pale and pale ; On the 22nd day, the tongue redness r and the red area accounted for a significant decrease in tongue area ratio; on the 32nd day, the redness r and the red area accounted for a significant decrease in tongue area ratio; the greenness g increased significantly. Laboratory tests showed that serum uric acid levels were significantly increased on the 14th and 21st day, while uric acid levels increased on the 35th day. There was no significant difference in body weight. CONCLUSION: Hyperuricemia of quail can be successfully induced by the method of hypertrophy and fat diet (high purine diet). Quantitative “ask ”, the diagnosis and diagnosis of exacerbations prompted part of the pathological changes in animals and diet caused by “spleen phlegm ” syndrome have some similarities.
