光具有高时间、空间分辨的特性,因此利用光来对细胞分子过程进行成像及操纵具有重要的意义.人们发明各种人工合成的小分子荧光探针或遗传编码探针,利用这些探针可以原位动态地监测细胞分子过程,从而革命性地改变了生命科学研究.近年来,我们利用化学生物学方法与合成生物学方法,发展了一些高选择性,高动态范围的小分子及遗传编码的荧光探针.
