BBOV,bridge bond oxygen vacancy,as the catalytic active site has been studied by much work.Surface defects have been created by thermal annealing in UHV or electron beams.But the BBOV generated via the these ways is little.In this work,we developed a new way to create BBOV though 266 nm laser.These defects were similar to those by thermal annealing in vacuum,but a higher concentration of BBOV (10%)could be obtained.TPD of water was used to standardize the density of BBOV.
