　　Purpose To describe a use of a newly developed micro probe endoscopic swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)system to achieve ex vivo imaging of collector channels(CCs).Methods The system was developed to detect the CCs ex vivo in porcine eyes and the limas regions of cadaver human eyes.Imaging was performed with a 0.25 mm outer diameter imaging catheter at 60 frame/s.
