CS-344红外碳硫测定仪,是美国Leco公司八十年代的新产品。其方法要点是将样品加入一定量的添加剂,用高频感应加热,通氧气燃烧,其反应生成的CO_2、SO_2通过红外能吸收池时便吸收能量。由能量检测器检测能量的变化,测得CO_2、SO_2的浓度。经仪器运算,直接显示和打印出C、S的百分含量。 CS~344测定仪的工作全过程由微处理机自动控制,同时配有机械手,所以它是一台操作自动、测量准确、灵敏度高、维修方便的现代化分析仪。我所于1985年引进美国CS-344测定仪后,为科研生产及时准确地提供了各种大量的碳硫有效数据,对科研生产起了一定的促进作用。本文仅就硅铁中C、S测定的条件 CS-344 infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, is the United States Leco eighties new products.
