CONFIRM试验首次成功地将房颤的病理生理机制作为消融靶目标,使传统的“盲目”地“基质消融”转变成针对房颤靶向起源的消融,使得个体化消融成为可能。然而转子在房颤的起始、维持及终止过程中的作用尚未得到广泛的认可,尚需进一步的实验来证明。此外,FIRM标测及消融目前仅在Narayan医师的中心得以应用,尚需大量的、多中心的随机对照实验来验证该方法的可重复性以及其在房颤患者中的治疗价值。因此,面对这一令人鼓舞的结果,仍需保持审慎的态度。
