　　Pericardial lipomas are very rare and mostly asymptomatic tumors,which usually are detected incidentally during physical examination.We report a case of a giant pericardia1 lipoma proved by surgical pathology and describe its ultrasonography,X-ray and CT imaging findings.In summary，although primary cardiac lipoma is very rare and seldom encounteded，it’s not difficult toget a correct diagnosis if we could keep in mind it’s typical imaging findings.
