Objective With micro laser Raman spectrometer (MLRS),we try to distinguish different structures of rabbit patellar-patellar tendon junction (PPT) and explore a new method for further study to evaluate the healing degree after the PPT is injured.Method The PPT samples were harvested from four healthy bone matured male New Zealand rabbits cadavers and were sectioned crossing the median sagittal plane.
