目的 探讨对机动护士实施ICU 规范化培训的方法和效果.方法 将2011 年10 月-2013 年10 月广东省人民医院ICU 轮转学习的机动护士62 名分为2 组,2011 年10 月-2012 年10 月30 名为对照组,采用"一对一"传统跟班带教培训3 个月,2012 年10月-2013 年10 月32 名为观察组,实施规范化培训3 个月.成立ICU 培训小组,根据机动护士的工作特点制定培训

目的 探讨对机动护士实施ICU 规范化培训的方法和效果.方法 将2011 年10 月-2013 年10 月广东省人民医院ICU 轮转学习的机动护士62 名分为2 组,2011 年10 月-2012 年10 月30 名为对照组,采用"一对一"传统跟班带教培训3 个月,2012 年10月-2013 年10 月32 名为观察组,实施规范化培训3 个月.成立ICU 培训小组,根据机动护士的工作特点制定培训计划,依据计划执行规范化培训,注重危重症实践护理与应急能力的训练,定期以理论及实践技能考核,评价培训的效果.
