Objective: In order to know the influence of ERKs expression in the process of L-02 cell damage cause by NaAsO2.Method: The survival rate of L-02 cell detection by MTT, RT-PCR and WB detection ERKs mRNA gene transcription and the change of protein expression.Results: L-02 Cell survival dyed significantly reduced with arsenic dose increases after NaAsO2 action L-02 cells 24 h;ERK1 mRNA expression relative amount was reduced, ERK2 mRNA expression the relative amount has rise trend, but the change of the difference have no sense of statistics.Compared with the normal control group, the quantity of ERK1 protein expression were below, the quantity of ERK2 protein expression quantity are higher than that of normal control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: NaAsO2 inhibits L-02 cell growth;the change of L-02 cell damage process and ERK1/2 activation or inactivation related, for NaAsO2 poison effect molecular mechanism research provides a certain theoretical basis.
