Quantum efficiency is one of the most important values to evaluate the quality of phosphor materials,which enables us to make an absolute comparison.However,there are various difficulties to secure reproducibility since the measurement requires extremely high precision.To ensure the accuracies,standard materials are indispensable.For this purpose,we offer standard phosphors of oxynitride materials: β-sialon(green),α-sialon(orange)and CASN(red).These are favorable materials because of their highest chemical and thermal stabilities among the existing powder phosphors.
