Objective To investigate the polymorphisms of Knops blood group genes among Chinese, Lisu and Dong populations in Chinese population. Methods A total of 119 Chinese Han blood samples were collected, and 28 were from Lisu and Dong nationalities. Randomly selected Han sample in 5 cases, Lisu and Dong samples in 6 cases of its CR1 gene 29 exon PCR amplification and sequencing. According to the sequencing results, PCR-SSP primers were designed and all 175 specimens were screened. Knot
