【摘 要】
:
目的 通过甘肃省首例实验室确诊的犬狂犬病疫情,了解该省份狂犬病流行的本底,分析狂犬病病毒流行现状及与周边地区的演化关系,指导当地狂犬病的防控工作.方法 采用FAT实验和荧光定量RT-PCR方法对甘肃省送检的犬脑组织样品进行检测.使用PCR方法扩增该毒株全长N和G基因.使用DNAStar 5.0对该毒株和我国流行毒株进行同源性分析,使用MEGA 6.06绘制G基因系统进化树.

引言 动物蓝舌病(bluetongue disease,BTD)是由蓝舌病病毒(bluetongue virus,BTV)引起的反刍动物烈性传染病.本病是世界动物卫生组织(OIE)《陆生动物卫生法典》规定的上报疫病,也是我国农业部公布的一类动物疫病,是出入境口岸重点检疫的外来动物疫病.BTV至少有27个血清型,各型之间没有免疫交叉保护现象,且各地区的优势血清型存在差异.因此,搞清BTV不同血清型在
引言 2015年4月初山西省忻州市宁武县一只家养犬咬伤同村多头牛、羊,牛被患病犬咬伤一周后,出现神经系统症状,表现为流涎,狂躁不安,惊恐乱跑,口吐白沫,磨牙目视前方,撞墙壁和有色物体,原地转圈,最后呼吸困难倒地死亡。被咬伤的羊的症状与牛类似。截止2015年5月底,共有10余头牛、60余只羊发病死亡。其中1只死亡牛的脑组织送狂犬病参考实验确诊。
