　　Objective: The incidence of patent foramen ovale in normal population is about 25%.Tumor cells go direct to the systemic circulation by patent foramen ovale,but the pulmonary circulation,which increases the risk of cancer cells skip metastasiswhich bypassed pulmonary circulation (no lung metastasis).Therefore,we design the clinical observation to explore if malignant tumor (exclusion lung cancer) skip metastasis is associated with patent foramen ovale.
