柴油机燃用F-T合成柴油时的燃烧与排放特性分析一

  对一台增压中冷高压共轨的柴油发动机,燃用煤基费托合成柴油(F-T柴油)时的燃烧、排放特性和微粒粒度分布特征进行试验研究,分析了F-T柴油对发动机燃烧和排放的影响规律.结果表明,与国V柴油相比,燃用F-T柴油时因密度低,在喷油策略不做改变的情况下,转矩有所降低.同时,由于F-T柴油主要成分为直链烷烃,燃料着火性好,十六烷值较高,滞燃期明显缩短,预混合燃烧阶段放热量减少,燃烧时缸内温度降低,有利于降低NOx排放.F-T柴油具有良好的燃烧特性,使CO、HC排放和消光烟度大幅降低.十三工况排放试验中,CO、HC和NOx的加权比排放量分别降低了51.42%、45.62%和14.35%.不同负荷工况下微粒总数量浓度、超细微粒和核态微粒的比例均有所下降.所有这些对满足越来越严格的排放法规具有重要意义.
