Biodegradable drug delivery carder is valuable in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.In this study, biodegradable material polylactic acid was chosen as matrix and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) as nutritional factor to prepare BDNF composite conduits by solvent evaporation method.
