This presentation attempts to analyze the current situation of Philippines nickel laterite based on its resources and production.Secondly,to discuss the utilization of a new technology for the reduction of operating cost in facing the current difficult market condition.My presentation is divided into 7 parts:1.Current importation situation of nickel laterite 2.Resources of nickel laterite 3.2014 laterite production and government new policy 4.How to deal with low grade ore and sustain the operation under the volatile market condition 5.Develop innovative technology to reduce the cost to face the current situation 6.The preliminary result and economic study of the new technology
