Based on the driving behavior model of the microscopic traffic simulation system and the motor vehicle emissions simulator(MOVES),considered two road states congestion and non-congestion,the effect of driving behavior on CO2 emission from vehicles was studied. It was shown by sensitivity analysis that the CO2 emission in the congested state was sensitive to the signal reaction and car following behavior, where the car following behavior had the greatest impact on the CO2 emission that reach 35.343g/km.
