国有煤炭企业大都呈劳动密集型、资源型的特点,人力资源管理活动对企业尤为重要。随着竞争加剧,国有煤炭企业应对人力资源的规划、配置、绩效考核、薪酬、培训、劳资关系处理等方面做较大改进,使之适应形势发展要求。
State-owned coal enterprises are mostly labor-intensive, resource-based features, human resources management activities are particularly important for enterprises. As competition intensifies, the state-owned coal enterprises should make major improvements in the planning, allocation, performance appraisal, compensation, training and labor-capital relations management of human resources so as to adapt themselves to the development of the situation.
