Background: PcG-associated protein RYBP (Ring1 and YY1 binding protein) plays an im-portant role in repressing transcription and inducing cancor cell apoptosis.Object: To in-vestigate if RYBP influence cell growth and cell cycle.Design and Methods: A stable cell line 293T-RYBP expressing RYBP was established by constructing an eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA 4/TO-RYBP and cotransfected it into 293T cells with pcDNA6/TR.
