　　Purpose: To determine the association between tumor imaging features,clinical factors,and complete pathological response (pCR) and survival in patients with gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (GEJAC) treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed pretreatment contrast-enhanced CT images of 146patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ GEJAC treated between 2009 and 2011 at our institution.Whole-tumor texture was analyzed using quantitative image features based on intensity,shape and gray-level co-occurrence matrix.
