　　Based on the recent research about the generalized interpolation material point method for fully coupled Thermomechanics(CTGIMP)[Tao et al.,2016 and 2018],an effort is being made to develop an axisymmetric formulation of the generalized interpolation material point method for fully coupled thermodynamic analysis(AxiCTGIMP)in order to better evaluate transient responses in which both the thermoelastic and thermoplastic coupling effects are considered.
