The session will address the practical issues faced by investors, owners and healthcare developers of projects in the private sector.The multitude of investment risks and investment returns need to be assessed in the development of healthcare projects and in the context of the business and political context of the country.The analysis will be based on extensive experience gained in actual project and investment work internationally and provide a framework for those seeking to develop healthcare investments, joint ventures or business entities.Methods of risk analysis, partner selection, investment analysis, due diligence and market analysis will be discussed with options and shortfalls assessed.
