Background Genital tuberculosis is one of the most common causes of female infertility.Before the clinicians use in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation for these patients to get pregnancy, the patients must be strictly screen to exclude the tuberculosis, in order to avoid the tuberculosis disseminate during the pregnancy.
