多年来,水轮发电机转子温升的计算一直沿用传统方法,对于中型低速水轮发电机,计算值与试验值存在较大偏差。本文分析了各种计算方法的差异和产生偏差的原因,并提出改进建议。为了减小转子温升现场试验误差,提出了应注意的几个问题。由于试验时的运行工况受电网限制,很难达到额定工况,本文提出了将试验工况推算至额定工况的计算方法,进而提高了温升试验值与设计计算值的可比性,对于改进设计和提高试验准确性具有一定的参考价值。
Over the years, the traditional method has been used to calculate the rotor temperature rise of hydro-generator. For medium-speed low-speed hydrogenerator, there is a big deviation between calculated value and test value. This paper analyzes the differences of various calculation methods and the causes of deviation, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. In order to reduce the field trial error of rotor temperature rise, several problems should be noticed. Because the operating conditions of the test are limited by the power grid, it is very difficult to reach the rated condition. In this paper, a calculation method of estimating the test condition to the rated condition is proposed, and the comparability of the temperature rise test value with the design calculation value is improved. Improve the design and improve the test accuracy has a certain reference value.
